Mike Comer
General Manager
Mike Comer brings over 16 years of hands-on environmental industry experience to his role as General Manager at Ledgerock. He started his career on the front lines as an emergency response technician, supporting hazardous material cleanups, natural disaster response efforts, and major remediation projects, including large-scale national incidents such as oil spill response operations.
From there, Mike advanced through progressively responsible roles (including Foreman, Supervisor, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager) before assuming leadership of industrial services operations. This ground-level-up career path gives him an invaluable understanding of what it takes to execute safely and efficiently across the full range of Ledgerock’s services: confined space entry, tank cleaning, hazardous waste management, vacuum truck operations, and complex multi-day facility shutdowns.
As General Manager, Mike is responsible for the day-to-day execution of Ledgerock’s service delivery. He works directly with clients to scope projects, coordinates crew deployment, and ensures every job meets Ledgerock’s standards for safety, quality, and timeliness. His expertise in planning, estimating, and executing large-scale shutdowns and technically complex projects has consistently resulted in safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery...and his focus on OSHA-driven safety initiatives, job hazard analyses, and workforce training keeps Ledgerock’s operational standards at the highest level.
